If you have garbage disposal take an orange or lemon, chop it up, put in down the drain and then turn on the garbage disposale for about a minute. Then run some cold tap water and repeat. I hope that helps.

Reply:The bleach down the garbage disposal and your drains once a month not only cleans the goo out but helps prevent the little house gnats. Gnats love to migrate in the drains and reproduce.
Reply:your kitchen sink should not be smelly. if it is then something is stuck in the p-trap. if you just mean %26quot;i am a compulsive cleaner and have to scrub my sink with something%26quot;, then get good old ajax or clorox. they make flavored clorox now. it smells pretty good. i am sorry. i didn%26#039;t think about the disposal. there are probably several good things you could drop in there to make it smell good.
Reply:I pour a little clorox down my sinks about once a month, you could also use baking soda.
